On Sunday the 2nd of October at 2.00pm, Remembrance Park Central Victoria (RPCV) will be offering a diversity walking tour of the Bendigo Remembrance Park in conjunction with Seniors Week.
Seniors Week aims to recognise and celebrate the valuable contribution older people have made and continue to make to our community.
During Seniors Week RPCV are offering a tour of the Bendigo Remembrance Park to examine the diversity within Bendigo society through the stories of early Bendigo Citizens.
Participation in this tour is a gold coin donations with all proceeds go toward improving the services offered by RPCV volunteers to the local community.
Please ensure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing as this is a walking tour of the Bendigo Remembrance Park.
The walking tour begins at 2pm at the Sextons Residence located at the main entrance of the cemetery off Carpenter Street.
