RPCV’s recycled water main extension project has started on the corner of Victoria Street and Averys Road Eaglehawk. When complete, this new infrastructure will get us one stage closer to allow all gardens and lawns at Eaglehawk Remembrance Park to be watered with more sustainable recycled water.
Stage 2 of this project has been made possible after RPCV received a sustainability grant to explore the use of recycled water to irrigate cemeteries in late 2019. We are currently seeking stage 3 funding to complete the project.
We celebrate this step forward to ensuring our Remembrance Parks contribute to a sustainable future for us all.
