A natural setting with lasting benefits

Choosing a memorial is a personal decision. Rosella Rest offers simplicity, beauty and flexibility, with dedicated garden positions for the interment of cremated remains.

What makes Rosella Rest special?

• Beautiful garden setting: Native and ornamental plants provide seasonal colour, texture and interest.

• A personal tribute: Each position includes a granite memorial sloper designed to hold a separate personalised plaque.

• Together in one place: Each position can accommodate two interments, allowing loved ones to be laid to rest together.

• Perpetual grounds maintenance: Ongoing care and upkeep of the garden is included in the Right of Interment fee.

• A lasting local connection: Somewhere family and friends can return to for years to come.

• Plan in your own time: Explore available positions without pressure.

A memorial that's uniquely personal

Each garden position includes a granite memorial sloper, providing a dedicated place for a personalised plaque.

Families can choose a plaque design and wording that reflects the life and personality of someone special.

For two people sharing a position, the plaque can be updated following the second interment, or a dual-name plaque can be arranged.

Our team can explain the available options and guide you through the arrangements.

A garden designed to grow with time

Rosella Rest has been thoughtfully landscaped to complement the established Kangaroo Flat Cemetery grounds.

Flowering trees, native grasses and colourful garden plants will create a changing landscape throughout the seasons, while providing habitat for Eastern Rosellas and other native wildlife.

As the garden matures, it will become an increasingly attractive and welcoming space for families and visitors.
