Remembrance Parks Central Victoria (RPCV) is a Class A Cemetery Trust operating remembrance parks across Central Victoria. We support families and communities during meaningful moments and deliver respectful, professional services in a highly regulated environment.

We are seeking a Services Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working Monday to Wednesday.

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Process burial and cremation records accurately and in a timely manner

• Manage bookings, documentation and scheduling requirements

• Prepare and maintain Right of Interment and associated statutory documentation

• Liaise professionally with funeral directors, families and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with established procedures, record-keeping and legislative requirements

About you

To this role, you will bring:

• Experience in an administrative or records-based role requiring high levels of accuracy

• Experience managing bookings, documentation or operational scheduling in a customer-facing environment

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting

• A demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Experience in a regulated environment such as cemetery services or local government will be well regarded.
