ACCOUNTANT

Full-time

Remembrance Parks Central Victoria (RPCV) invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the position of Accountant, based at our Eaglehawk office.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, our duties will include:

  • Financial management, accounting and reporting on a monthly and annual basis 

  • Compliance assurance 

  • Oversight of the HR and IT systems portfolios for RPCV 

 

The successful candidate should possess the following: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or business 

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role 

  • Accounting and technical proficiency 

  • Analytical skills 

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability 

  • Experience in public sector financial management would be highly regarded 

 

The remuneration will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s qualifications, knowledge and experience.
