Director, Corporate Services
This is a pivotal senior leadership role and a genuine career opportunity for a commercially astute finance executive ready to take on broad corporate stewardship in a purpose-driven organisation.
As Director, Corporate Services, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across RPCV's Corporate Services portfolio including Finance, Business and Information Systems, Human Resources, Records Management and Governance, Risk and Compliance. You will carry the statutory responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer.
Reporting directly to the CEO and operating as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will partner with the Trust Board, Finance Risk and Audit Committee and executive peers to deliver RPCV's strategic objectives within a complex, resource-conscious environment.
Key accountabilities include:
Leading long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and transparent reporting to the Trust Board, FRAC and Victorian Government.
Overseeing governance, risk and compliance frameworks across the Corporate Services portfolio, including internal and external audit coordination.
Providing strategic oversight of HR frameworks, workforce planning, performance management and employment relations.
Governing technology infrastructure, ICT procurement, cyber security and business systems integrity.
Ensuring the accuracy, legislative compliance and long-term preservation of cemetery and crematoria records.
Driving continuous improvement across finance, HR, systems and records functions to support organisational performance and sustainability.
