About

Remembrance Parks Central Victoria

RPCV was formed in June 1988 as an amalgamation of several former Council operated cemeteries. Now established as a Class A Cemetery Trust, we are regulated under the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 (Vic), and accountable to the Department of Health, and to the people of Victoria.

We are the trusted partner for communities across central Victoria, supporting families through their experiences of life, death and grief. We provide burial, cremation and memorialisation services to meet the needs of our communities, and encourage families to plan ahead.

RPCV now encompasses Axedale, Bendigo, Eaglehawk, Emu Creek, Kangaroo Flat and White Hills cemeteries in the Bendigo region; Pine Lodge and Kialla West in the Shepparton region; and Donnybrook Cemetery in the south. RPCV also manages the Axedale Catholic, Heathcote and Sunbury cemeteries.

RPCV has a broader responsibility to provide leadership, support and assistance to Class B cemetery trusts across central Victoria.

Remembrance Parks Central Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation meaning that any surpluses raised are re-invested into our Remembrance Parks.

At Remembrance Parks Central Victoria, we honour the past, celebrate life, and create beautiful remembrance parks across 11 locations in Central Victoria. Our mission is to preserve these sacred spaces, provide compassionate services, and plan for the future, embracing the needs of our dynamic communities.

We honour life and foster community connections with respect and compassion, making our parks vibrant places of reflection and togetherness.
